The Office of Student Involvement is excited to provide second year students with a focused leadership program and experience called Tide 2. In this program, students have the opportunity to participate in leadership development workshops, hear from guest speakers, connect with other peers in peer connection groups lead by trained Tide 2 Ambassadors, and get more involved in the UA community.

Key Components
- Ambassadors
- Students meet at least once a month with their Tide 2 Ambassador small group.
- Development Workshops
- Learn new leadership skills from UA staff, alumni, and guest speakers.
- Campus Engagement

- Give back to the community by participating in service days throughout each semester.
- Pathways to Success
- Complete the Tide 2 Pathway to Success and earn a graduation cord and be recognized at the Half-way-there Celebration in the Spring.
